얽힘(Entanglement)은 낱낱의 존재들이 서로 긴밀하게 관계를 맺어나가는 과정에서 한 존재의 변화가 다른 존재에 영향을 미치는 연속적인 현상을 말합니다. 또따또가는 역사의 흐름에 따른 시대적인 표상과 도심속에 남겨진 흔적들이 예술의 창의적 표현으로 생동하는 곳입니다. 또따또가의 등뒤에는 복병산과 용두산이란 생태공간이 자리하고, 앞으로는 북항이란 항구와 기술이 조화를 이루게 될 미래적인 시공간을 마주하고 있습니다. 또따또가는 자연과 도시와 항구라는 특수한 장소성이 얽힌 공간에 위치합니다.
Entanglement refers to a continuous phenomenon in which a series of entities are closely related to each other, in which changes in one entity affect another. 'TOTATOGA' is a place where the expressions of the times and the traces left in the city center by the passage of history come alive through creative expressions of art. It faces the ecological spaces of Bokbyeongsan Mountain and Yongdusan Mountain behind it, and the future time and space of Bukhang Port, where technology will be harmonized with the harbor. It is located in a space where nature, city, and harbor are intertwined with a special sense of place.

또따또가의 운영을 담당하는 센터, 자유로운 상상력을 발휘하는 예술가들, 원도심의 문화를 소중히 지켜온 시민들.
우리는 각자 꿈을 간직하고 살아가지만 또따또가라는 토대에서 서로 영향을 주고받으며 자신의 방향을 다듬어 나가며 공진화를 도모할 것입니다. 이것이 바로 얽힌 예술이 지닌 힘입니다.
The centers that run TOTATOGA, the artists who give free rein to their imaginations, and the citizens who cherish the culture of the original city center. We each have our own dreams, but we will continue to co-evolve, influencing each other and refining our own paths from the foundation of 'TOTATOGA'. This is the power of intertwined art.
